Machined Tolerances
(Applies Only to Horizontal Position)

+/- .0005" per foot not to exceed .005" overall squareness relationship of machined edges in any size - length and width.
+/- .001" flatness per foot not to exceed +/- .010" overall
+/- .003" parallelism between top & bottom surfaces.

All bases will be machined with the above tolerances, but in the larger sizes supporting legs with leveling provisions will be required to insure overall flatness within this tolerance.

All materials are of top quality, hot rolled steel and boiler plate, welded to give full strength, and stress relieved to assure dimensional stability

Machining is of checking fixture quality with all burrs and sharp corners removed. The machined surfaces are rust proofed and all other surfaces are painted.

Special operations can be performed, such as line-cutting or drilling and tapping of holes, if required. These services will be quoted.

Sizes shown are standard, however special sizes can be manufactured to suit your needs.
Bases can be supplied in metric dimensions on request.
